Why is my order on hold?

There are several reasons why your order may have been placed on hold. Some of these reasons may be: 1. Shipping / payment details provided were inaccurate. 2. Insufficient funds. If your order was placed on hold, you will receive an email notification from our customer service team with details on the hold and with a request to re-confirm your order.
